Music in the Parks
Friday, March 24th
Bands at 4:25 pm and 6:55 pm
Choirs at 5:20 pm, 6:00 pm and 7:20 pm.
Saturday, March 25th
Bands at 8:50 am and 9:40 am
Choirs from 8:20-9:40 am
Bands will be performing in Key Center and Choirs will be performing in the Sanctuary. Our first choir on Saturday is a Hand Bell Choir!
Performances are free
We allow audience members to enter in between performances
Placentia Presbyterian Church is one of many host sites for Music in the Parks Day-long or two-day festivals for student choral, orchestral, and band ensembles.
If you would like to volunteer to work hosting the Music Festivals you can earn community service hours, earn funds to pay for school activities or tuition, or earn funds to pay for attending events hosted by the church. You can also use your funds to donate to the various outreach ministries of the church. You choose how your hours and funds are distributed.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR MUSIC IN THE PARKS
STAFF ATTIRE
We want all visiting directors to be able to spot your student and adult workers easily, and feel they are attending a professional program. All staff wears dark jeans (no tears/dragging jeans), dress pants, khaki pants, modest skirts (no shorts), modest dresses and collards shirts (no spaghetti straps, short tops, or backless tops)
